FIRST PLACE
Three Hundred Dollars in a MVP Sportsbook account will be given to the top amateur handicapper with the most units earned at the end of each week (Monday thru Sunday) for that particular week. In case of a tie, the handicapper with the highest winning percentage will be the winner. The top handicapper must open an account with MVP Sportsbook by depositing $200 into the account in order to qualify for the prize. Should you already have an existing MVP Sportsbook account, an additional $200 must be deposited in order to qualify for the prize. A 10% initial deposit bonus ($20) will also be added to the account. The handicapper must be at least 18 years old in order to qualify for the prize. Registration requirements by MVP Sportsbook might apply.
SECOND PLACE

RULES
1. The top handicapper with the most units earned at the end of each week will be the winner. Weeks begin on Mondays and end on Sundays.
2. You must make a minimum of 20 picks during the week in order to qualify for the prize.
3. You are allowed to log in and make picks every day.
4. You are limited to a maximum number of five picks each day. Each selection must be rated between one (1) and five (5) units. The units represent the strength or confidence of the selection and are used to determine the points won or lost on each pick.
5. You must be an amateur handicapper and cannot be associated with any sports service.
6. SportsTouts uses the lines as provided by MVP Sportsbook.You may make picks on any game for which there is an available line. If there in not an available line, check back as they do become available. We will not enter picks for handicappers for any reason.
7. You are allowed to change your picks as many times as you like right up until game time. Once a game starts we will post your picks for everyone to see.
8. We will correct any error that occurs as a result of SportsTouts game results entry. If there is such an error, contact us at support@sportstouts.com and we’ll try to correct the problem immediately. However, SportsTouts is not responsible for pick selection or data entry errors made by handicappers.
9. A individual person is allowed to register for only one SportsTouts handicapper account. Any person who registers for more than one account will be disqualified from the contest.
CONDITIONS
The prize may not be withdrawn from its account with MVP Sportsbook until after the following conditions have been met:
1. 30 days must pass from the time the account was first set-up.
2. You must wager an aggregate minimum of five times the combined contest winnings and initial deposit plus bonus.
